3) Protect your hair as much as possible from salty and chlorous water by wearing it in a bun or in braids.
4) Drink lots of water and eat fruits and vegetables. This might sometimes be overlooked but indirectly it definitely has an impact on the quality of your hair.
5) Try to apply a conditioning mask once a week as this can offer deeper hydration and repair, leaving hair shiny and lush.
